3. Cookies and similar technologies

This website uses cookies. For a detailed list of cookies, purposes and retention periods please see our Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing, external fonts) are only set with your explicit consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

4. Contact requests

If you contact us via the contact form or e-mail, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail, message) solely to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. Data is erased once no longer required and no statutory retention period applies.

5. Web analytics

5.1 Yandex Metrica

Subject to your consent, we use Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC, 16 Lva Tolstogo str., Moscow, 119021, Russia). Cookies set by this service transmit usage data (including IP address) to servers located in the Russian Federation. Russia is a third country without an adequacy decision under EU law; transfers therefore carry the risk that government access cannot be controlled to EU standards. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 49 (1) (a) GDPR (explicit consent for transfers to third countries). You can withdraw consent at any time. More info: https://yandex.com/legal/confidential/.

5.2 Google Analytics

Subject to your consent, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; parent: Google LLC, USA). IP addresses are processed only in truncated form (IP anonymization). Data transfers to the USA are made under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. More info: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Marketing and conversion tracking

If you have consented to the "Marketing" category, we use Google Tag Manager (GTM-N83ZZPV), which may load further services such as Google Ads / conversion tracking. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can disable this at any time via the cookie settings.

7. Google reCAPTCHA

To protect our contact form against spam and automated abuse we use Google reCAPTCHA, loaded only after your consent. Provider: Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC. The service processes, among other things, your IP address, browser information and interaction patterns. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. More info: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

8. Google Fonts

External fonts from Google Fonts are loaded only after your consent. When enabled, your IP address is transmitted to Google servers in the USA. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. We recommend the standard system font as an alternative if you prefer not to consent.

9. Recipients / data processors

We share personal data only with processors with whom we have a contract under Art. 28 GDPR, as well as with our hosting provider (Beget). Disclosure to other parties takes place only where legally required or necessary for the performance of a contract.

10. Storage period

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations (e.g. tax and commercial law).

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access (Art. 15)
  • rectification (Art. 16)
  • erasure (Art. 17)
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18)
  • data portability (Art. 20)
  • object (Art. 21)
  • withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3))
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77), e.g. the Data Protection Commissioner of North Rhine-Westphalia.
